You are responsible to cancel your plan. We do not accept cancellation notices over the phone or via email. Cancellations must be handled with the account management tools in Releventful.
Monthly plan cancellations will result in the cancellation of your plan. You will continue to have access Releventful until the payment period end. Upon request, prorated refunds of the subscription amount may be issued within the first 24 hours after the initial subscription date.
After the first 24 hours, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Yearly plan cancellations will result in the cancellation of your yearly plan. You will continue to have access to Releventful until the payment period end. Upon request, prorated refunds of the subscription amount may be issued within the first 3 days after the initial subscription date.
After the first 3 days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
We will keep your data for up to one month after your plan is cancelled. After one month your data can be removed from Releventful.
